The Challenge: Inconsistent Quality, unreliable Lead times. Due to the nature of the business (very frequent orders in small to medium quantities) the order process was time-consuming and cumbersome.
The Result: The whole order can be placed with one standardized E-Mail, eliminating all misunderstandings in the process. Significant reduction in shipping cost after introducing them to new Freight Forwarders (Air & Sea) and banking fees by consolidating payments to the supplier.

The Solution: We contacted several dozen of manufacturers and distributors in China, comparing formulations, prices and lead times. After a successful trial, we widened the scope of the project to include a wide array of chemical components. Furthermore we organized sample shipments from fitting suppliers to evaluate the compatibility.
The Challenge: In order to scale production in the future, Cowa searched for reliable suppliers for Chemical Components and Raw Materials in China.
The Result: Cowa received a wide overview over the production capabilities of Chinese suppliers. We validated the feasibility of sourcing several Chemical Components in China, proving a potential significant cost reduction.

The Solution: We contacted 100+ suppliers and visited more than 30 factories in China, assessing the product quality, supplier reliability and packaging options. After the sample production and testing process, we handled the order & production management as well as shipping to Switzerland.

The Solution: We took over the whole logistics process from the manufacturer in China until the arrival of the containers in the warehouse in Switzerland. Furthermore, we recently started helping with placing orders and production management.
The Challenge: Kehrle Trading intially contacted us with the task of handling their Container shipments from China to Switzerland as well as reducing shipping cost.

The Challenge: Widmen Fitness found a perfect supplier for Gym Machines in China but couldn’t reach the manufacturer or organize the shipment to Switzerland.
The Solution: We handled the complete process from the initial contact with the Manufacturer to the unloading of the full Container in Muotathal, including price negotiation and customs.
The Result: A gym full of machines in a beautiful location. The total cost for the equipment and shipping were significantly lower than a domestic purchase would have been.
